There are several structures in the neck that could cause pain including the facet joints, discs, muscles and ligaments. At Summit Integrated Health Centre, we feel that the combination of Active Release Techniques® (ART®), along with specific stretches and Chiropractic adjustments (if needed) is the best combination to address neck pain effectively.
